The Res-Lead Master Flash® pipe boot flashing was designed specially for residential roofing. Whereas most flashings are best used on metal roofs, the Res-Lead Master Flash® can easily be used on shingles and tiles. This pipe boot flashing also features a 20° pitch that allows the Res-Lead Master Flash® to cope with standard residential roof inclines. Made of EPDM, the flashing’s compound has been mixed with a fire retarding agent, enabling it for usage with type B vents. The clearly marked designation of pipe diameter makes for easy on site customization and takes the guess work out of sizing. Furthermore, A “C20 ASTM” additional requirement was added to the Res-Lead Master Flash® to ensure conformance to the most stringent ozone/weathering specifications available. This addition allows the rubber a minimum 20 year life.
