Return Policy

We stand behind our products at Flashings Direct and want to make useing and selecting the right product for your needs as simple as possible.

That includes returning items if they didn't fit the job you purchased them for.

Please contact us within 90 days and we can arrange for an exchange or refund your money.

All return requests are subject to the following limitations:

1. Authorization must be obtained before any merchandise is returned for credit, refund and/or replacement.

2. Product must show no signs of abuse, modifications, or damage.

3. If an item arrives damaged please keep all original packaging & contact us immediately.

4. Please include a copy of the invoice with the return.

5. Return shipping charges will be at our expense if the product is defective.
